A reminder how goal line technology should work

So the Premier League will talk with Hawk-Eye and GoalRef to see which is the best system to use.The systems will require testing after they are installed in each stadium to ensure they are working properly before they can be used.
But we could see it this season for the coming FA Cup semi-finals and final because we already have Hawk-Eye at Wembley.
The English-made Hawkeye technology will rely on six cameras around the stadium to pinpoint the position of the ball.
GoalRef, developed jointly in Denmark and Germany, uses a sensor implanted inside the ball – which is detected by a magnetic field on the goal line.
Blatter did point out that there would be no move for any video replays or other technology to rule on other decisions such as offsides, fouls etc
The Premier League have said to bring in goal-line technology “as soon is practically possible” following the International FA Board’s decision.
How will it work? well aslong as the ref’s watch is ok this is what should happen.
