The Great Pele scored a total of 12 World cup goals in his era, starting with 6 in Sweden in 1958 when he was just 17, and ending with his 2nd World Cup Win and 3rd Final Goals against Italy in 1970.

He is the still the leading scorer of the Brazil national football team and is the only footballer to be a part of three World Cup-winning squads
