Everton pulled off a shocker today knocking out holders Chelsea out of the FA Cup 4-3 on penalties after an epic tie that finished 1-1 at Stamford Bridge.
Lampard’s strike in the 104th minute looked set to seal the tie until Leighton Baines curled a great free-kick right at the death.
The result mounts more pressure on Carlo Ancelotti, who must now lift his troops ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League trip to face Copenhagen as for everton they march on.
