Egypt and Algeria face a play-off final in Sudan on Wednesday to decide which of them will go to the World Cup finals.

Six minutes of injury time were order at the end of the match, and with just two minutes remaining Emad Moetab headed home a cross from the left to ensure the enemies face off in a playoff after finishing the group equal on points and on goal difference
