Gerrard signs for life at liverpool

Great news for liverpool fans Gerrard has put pen to paper on a new four-year contract that will ensure he remains at Liverpool for the rest of his career.
The Liverpool skipper had agreed two years on top of his current deal – which ran for another two seasons – back in April, and has now made it official.
The deal is worth a reported £140,000 a week and will commit Gerrard to his hometown club until he is 33.The deal could be worth around 30 million pounds to liverpool fans he is worth every penny.
Liverpool have said they had reached a deal in principal back in April gerrard has stayed loyal to the reds and looks as if he really is a one man club!
Also today Liverpool’s Brazilian left back Fabio Aurelio could be out for the rest of 2009 after a freak accident picked up whilst playing football at home with his family
