Pavel Pogrebnyak is late for his own presentation

Pogrebnyak’s move to VfB Stuttgart from Zenit St Petersburg got off to a terrible start when lost his way to his official presentation making him late tut tut.
The Russian international, who was looking forward to a new life and new stage to his career after a successful Uefa Cup campaign last season with Zenit, hot-footed over to Germany having agreed terms with Stuttgart last week. But first he had to negotiate the perils of Frankfurt airport, in order to get a connecting flight to Stuttgart.
“The Frankfurt airport is so big I simply got lost there and missed my flight to Stuttgart. To make matters worse, I also lost my suitcase there,” the 25-year-old said.
Pogrebnyak eventually turned up to the relief of all at Stuttgart, who were sweating as to the where abouts of their new star signing. They will probably make sure he gets a direct flight next time, or maybe give him a chaperone.
Next time get a taxi son!
