Rafa Kuyt is our Mr Duracell
Rafa has said Dirk Kuyt will always be in this starting Line up because of his hard work and he never stops working for the team.Tradmarking him with the name Mr Duracell “You could call him Mr Duracell, because of the way he plays, always running and always on the go,” Benitez told the Daily Telegraph.
Benitez is expected to make changes to his Liverpool side this summer, but it appears a new right-sided winger will not be on his wanted list as the Spaniard is delighted with the contribution of Kuyt.
“Because you can use him in so many different ways, you can pretty much guarantee he will be in the starting line-up. “People can see how important he has been to us this year.”
Kuyt has been transformed from a striker to a right-sided wide-man by Benitez in the last two seasons and the Dutchman has been an unsung hero in the role yet he can play him anywhere he will always give 110%.
The former Feyenoord man has hit14 goals thso far and has arguably his best season for liverpool and Benitez admits the player’s unbelievable work ethic means he is unlikely to drop him.There is talk in the media of Stewart Downing and Tevez with possable moves into anfield for next season but getting tevez from united will be a hard task .Torres and Tevez sounds a great force now would that be the ideal partnership?
