Magee scored the third goal of stoppage time to give the Galaxy a 2-2 draw with Real Salt Lake on Wednesday night.Galaxy remain unbeaten on away this season with three draws in the past games.
With salt leading 1-0 heading into extra time, the Galaxy’s Landon Donovan scored on a penalty kick after RSL’s Will Johnson was called for a handball in the penalty box.Johnson made up for his mistake moments later when he converted a penalty kick of his own after RSL’s Fabian Espindola was fouled in the area by Los Angeles’ Sean Franklin.Robbie Findley scored on a diving header off a corner kick from Clint Mathis in the 34th minute to give RSL a 1-0 lead. The goal was Findley’s sixth of the season, while Mathis got his fifth assist.
