hillsborough disaster respect 257x300 The Kop liverpool stars Hillsborough we remember record songThe 20th anniversary of the Hillsborough Stadium disaster, which claimed the lives of 96 Liverpool football fans will be repected with The Kop Choir release of  The Fields of Anfield Road song.Peter Hooton of The Farm, Mick Head of Shack, Nick Kilroe from Echo and the the Bunnymen, James Walsh of Starsailor and Rob Taylor of the Troubadours have joined forces to record a song to commemorate the occasion.

Liverpool legends also appear on the track such as Kenny Dalglish, Bruce Grobbelaar, Phil Thompson and John Aldridge all helped  in the making of the record.

The song will be available to download from April 6, with all proceeds going directly to the Hillsborough Families Support Group.We think the boys have done well and im sure the song will do well  see the video below.
