Yes it was the Quarter Final stage last night and two massive howlers by the officials, again shown on video playback points fingers when will FIFA allow the video replays in the game.
The first example was from Ivory Coast 3-2 extra-time defeat by Algeria a goal which should have clearly been given from man city player centreback Kolo Toure.
Now when it comes to looking at the second howler this is just a ghost goal and no way should have been given as you can see below .Egypt got into the semifinals of the African Cup of Nations after a 3-1 win over Cameroon in extra time thanks to a helping hand from a phantom goal.

Whatever that second commentator was speaking is a horrible language. It's painful to listen to
info fans: only what is needed in football was finally to drive the video referee, to avoid the contested decision. __See the world the revolutionary project IVSR net site (international virtual school referees). There is also a video on youtube MINICAM VIDEO REFEREE (how to see eye referee). And it is very important to make a lot of pressure on fans FIFA and UEFA representatives, but I myself can not do anything against the old (conservative) people who ”govern“ football.
