Robinho back in Brazil with a bang scoring in his first game back with Santos and helping them to a 2-1 victory over archrival Sao Paulo in the Sao Paulo state championship.
Robinho was introduced on Sunday in the second half and scored the winner in the last 5 minutes with a flashy sweet flick of the ball into the net.
“I know many people are talking about the way I kicked the ball, but it was the only way I could have scored,” Robinho said. “I’m happy with the result, but I still need to play more with these young guys and get in better shape.”
