Final whistle goes and there will be just the two Championship sides in the semi-final draw as holders Tottenham get the win.Holders Tottenham came from behind to beat Watford 2-1 at Vicarage Road and reach the Carling Cup semi-finals for the third year running .Darren Bent’s late strike saw off brave Watford and secured holders Tottenham a Carling Cup semi-final spot.
Tamas Priskin gave the hosts a 13th- minute lead from Tommy Smith’s cut-back before Roman Pavlyuchenko drew Spurs level from the spot after Jermaine Jenas was tripped in the box .
Bent, from just inside the area, then beat Hornets goalkeeper Scott Loach at his near post with 14 minutes to go.
